Frequently Asked Questions

You don’t have to you can infact go and report to yout bank but for quick succession, We’re here for those who lack the time to file claims themselves or prefer to rely on our expertise. Our team is composed of former financial services professionals with experience at banks, regulatory bodies, and the Financial Ombudsman Service, giving us unparalleled knowledge of the process and your rights.

The timeline for resolving your case can vary significantly based on its complexity and whether your bank agrees to issue a refund or if further action is required.

In some instances, outcomes are reached quickly, with many clients receiving resolutions within 15 days—the standard response time for banks.

However, if your bank denies the complaint and we need to escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), the process may take longer, potentially extending to several years in rare cases. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed and updated throughout every step of the process.

If your bank reaches out with an offer, notify us promptly so we can verify that the amount is accurate.

We’ll communicate with your bank to ensure the offer is fair and appropriate. Our fee will be due once your bank confirms the refund.
