A “case” is determined by the number of banks we need to contact and the different scams we are assisting you with. However, if we are contacting multiple banks regarding the same funds (e.g., the bank you sent the money from and the bank it was sent to), it is considered a single case.

A case is considered successful once you are informed that you will be receiving a refund. This typically occurs through the sending or receiving bank, or via the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Money reclaimed is paid directly to you and we expect you to pay once your case has been accepted and ready to work on.
